He is also the Founder and CEO of the award winning LOCOMOTIVE Agency, a full-service enterprise SEO agency with specialization in technical SEO, data analysis, and NLP/NLG.
When Marty isn't working on agency stuff, you're likely to find him outside in nature with his family, exploring and adventuring in a National Park or local creek.

Christa Watson has been in the Paid Performance Marketing industry for over 15 years, specializing in Education and B2B SaaS. She is constantly focused on leading her team around achieving KPIs beyond MQLs, ultimately based on growth of revenue and profitability for clients.
On her days off you can find Christa visiting Baseball Stadiums and Theme Parks, or occasionally running a Ragnar or Spartan Race.

Kyle Banik is a Senior Paid Media Specialist who crushes optimization and build outs in paid media campaigns everyday and brings his experience from the medical office management field to the online marketing world. He works with E-commerce and lead generation in B2B and B2C verticals and brings profitable growth to his clients.
When Kyle is not working on paid media campaigns, he spends his time hiking or at the beach with his dog and his friends. You may find him doing something outdoors or at a concert.

Ryan Cunningham is a Senior Paid Media Specialist at Mad Leads and brings his optimization & digital strategy experience from the SEO world into Paid Media. He works with E-commerce and lead generation clients in B2B/B2C verticals.
When Ryan is not working, he is hiking, cycling, camping, working on his broken motorcycles and cars, or relaxing with his partner and his furry four-legged children.





Nick Banik is the Founder of Mad Leads and worked in the paid media and digital marketing space for 10 years managing paid media accounts for E-commerce and lead generation clients in B2B and B2C verticals.
Nick now is hard at work on a new, stealthy startup, and is an adviser to our new CEO.
When Nick is not hard at work, he spends his time adventuring with his wife, 3 kids, and dog. You may find him trail running or catch him at the mountain.
